Service Description

Weekly themed classes inspired by the yogi way of life to invigorate the body and mind. These classes are accessible to all abilities, you start where you are and listen to your body as you move. There is no judgement or competitiveness in yoga so leave your worries at the door, roll out your mat and lets come together and flow.

Cancellation Policy

Please book onto class no later than 12 hrs before the class is due to start. Please be advised that there will be a 24hr cancellation notice to either move or cancel your class. Many thanks for your understanding.
