The Night Sanctuary is a gentle, self-paced course created for anyone who struggles to get a good night’s sleep. If your mind feels busy at night, your body finds it hard to relax, or you wake feeling unrefreshed, this course offers a softer way forward. Rather than forcing sleep, The Night Sanctuary focuses on calming the nervous system and creating a sense of safety in the body before bed. Through slow, nourishing bedtime yoga, guided meditation, and reflective journaling, you’ll be supported to release the day and ease naturally into rest. Across six weeks, you’ll be guided through: • 6 x 60-minute bedtime yoga classes • 6 x 10-minute bedtime meditations • An online, editable workbook • 42 gentle journal prompts to unwind the mind and body Each week invites repetition rather than pressure, allowing your body to recognise familiar cues for rest. The practices are accessible, grounding, and suitable for all levels, with no previous yoga experience needed. This course supports deeper sleep by helping to reduce stress, quiet mental chatter, release physical tension, and restore balance to the nervous system. Alongside movement and meditation, you’ll explore evening habits and rituals that support long-term, sustainable rest. The Night Sanctuary is not a quick fix or a rigid routine.
