Yoga Retreat Details
We’ll move through deeply restorative stretches, using pillows and blankets to fully support the body as you melt into each pose. With a gentle focus on the breath, you’ll be invited to soften, release tension, and let go.
After our movement practice, you’ll be guided through a calming Yoga Nidra meditation — a deeply relaxing, sleep-promoting experience. We’ll then take a few quiet moments to journal and reflect on the day, setting the tone for restful sleep.
✨ After class, it’s recommended to head straight to bed without looking at any screens — allowing your mind and body to fully receive the benefits of your practice. ✨
