Soul Connection: Monthly Women's Circle
Where kindred spirits come to heal, connect & inspire each other in line with the moon and nature.
The Experience
This is how women have supported each other for thousands of years. A safe space community that is supportive and loving, a space where you can explore your soul's purpose and connect with others who share similar desires for self-discovery and creative impact. Each month we will gather in line with the moon cycle, move gently through the body, finding freedom in the joints, muscles and mind. Guided meditations to connect deeply with the heart and set monthly intentions with the power of the moon. Journal prompts to get you into the energy of manifesting at this potent time, and sitting in a circle with your tribe whilst enjoying delicious snacks and warm drinks. Each month will be themed differently: 30th Jan - A night to hear your soul, trust your truth, and rise in your power. 27th Feb - A sacred pause before your Spring rebirth. 24th Mar - Spring into your growth and shine. 29th May - A circle for expansion, truth, joy and awakening the wild, untamed Self. 10th Jul - Heart expanding, self expression and blossoming of your potential. 20th Nov - Return to the quiet, moving within.
Cancellation Policy
Please book onto class no later than 12 hrs before the class is due to start. Please be advised that there will be a 24hr cancellation notice to either move or cancel your class. Many thanks for your understanding.
